Dili, 16–18 December 2025 – Cruz Vermelha de Timor-Leste (CVTL) successfully conducted a refresher training on MYOB/ABSS at the CVTL National Headquarters (NHQ) in Formosa, Dili.
During the opening session, Mr. Agapito da Silva highlighted that the objective of the training was to strengthen participants’ existing knowledge and skills in using MYOB/ABSS. The training also aimed to support the 2025 annual account closing process in a consistent manner, including ensuring compliance with systematic quality assurance reviews using MYOB. He emphasized that this activity reflects CVTL’s strong commitment to transparency, accountability, and sound financial management.
The three-day training was facilitated by Mr. Arif Rachman, IHYA Consultant, and was attended by 17 staff members from CVTL National Headquarters and branch offices, comprising 11 female and 6 male participants.
This activity was made possible with the support of the Australian Red Cross (ARC) and represents an important step in enhancing CVTL’s financial systems and institutional capacity.
