Dili, 28 March 2026 – The Cruz Vermelha Timor-Leste (CVTL), in collaboration with Guido Valadares National Hospital (HNGV) through its Blood Bank Department, successfully conducted a blood donation activity at Timor Plaza in Dili.
The initiative, carried out in strong partnership with Freedom Faith Net Global (FFG), aimed to support patients in urgent and emergency situations by ensuring the availability of safe and sufficient blood supplies.
Mrs. Adelina Rangel, CVTL Blood Donation Officer, highlighted that the main objective of the activity is to help patients who require immediate blood transfusions and to maintain adequate medical blood reserves.
She expressed appreciation to all participants who contributed to the success of the event and encouraged the public to continue taking part in blood donation campaigns, emphasizing that such actions play a vital role in saving lives.
The activity was organized by Freedom Faith Net Global (FFG) in collaboration with several partners, including the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Dili, Pertamina International Timor, Mandiri Dili Timor-Leste, Telcomcel, and BRI.
