Position: PMER Manager (1 person)

Purpose of Role: To ensure CVTL’s programs are accountable and have good monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

Expectation:

• The Officer will carry out his/her work in accordance with the Seven Fundamental Principles of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, and in line with CVTL’s Strategic Plan
• He/she will also respect and observe CVTL’s staff regulations, policies, and procedures.

Coordination/liaison with:

National Head Quarter Coordinators

Branch Coordinators

Finance Department

Program Fundraising

Communication & Dissemination  

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CVTL’s annual planning process, including finalizing the annual plan and supporting the log frames
• Complete CVTL’s annual report
• Provide accurate and timely reports to donors in both, Tetum and English
• Support in developing monitoring and evaluation tools
• Other duties as may be required from time to time based on current circumstances.
