On June 10, 2024, Mr. Luis Pedro Pinto, Secretary General of the Cruz Vermelha de Timor-Leste (CVTL), met with His Excellency Mr. Bendito Freitas, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Timor-Leste.
