On July 23, 2024, in Aileu, the Civil Protection Authority (APC) conducted a comprehensive training session on Civil Protection Law for staff and volunteers of the Red Cross Timor-Leste (CVTL). Nelson Nunes de Orleans, the APC Head of External Relations, led the workshop, which focused on enhancing the participants’ understanding of emergency shelters and the legal frameworks surrounding them.
