Dili, 11 July 2024 – The Secretary-General of the Timor-Leste Red Cross (CVTL), Mr. Luis Pedro Pinto, took center stage as a featured speaker on the Media Timor Post program “Bainaka Espesial.” During his address, Mr. Pinto emphasized the significant role CVTL plays as an auxiliary to the government in providing essential support to vulnerable communities across the nation.
