The meeting was led by the Coordinator of the Partnership and Cooperation Office, Mr. Afonsu Soares, and the Secretary General of CVTL, Mr. Agapito da Silva.

Mr. Agapito explained that CVTL is responsible for preparing training modules, while trained facilitators conduct sessions with students on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on the schedules agreed upon between JCV representatives and CVTL branches. The program is coordinated by the CVTL Youth Department and supported by active CVTL volunteers, alongside JCV students.
