23 – 26 October, Dili – Continuing our on-going work and planning in strengthening National Society Development – IFRC Facilitators joined CVTL Department and Branch Coordinators in a workshop to build on skills and understand.
32 participants (8 – Female and 24 – Male) from attended an important workshop.
This month CVTL is finishing the Red Ready Project 2018-2023 focused on Organizational Development.
For five years, we made improvements to strengthen our response readiness using the Red Ready Framework in thematic areas of Finance Management in Emergencies, Logistics & Procurement in Emergencies, HR in Emergencies, Sustainability of Services, Response Readiness, and Project Management.
This workshop aimed to understand the concept and principles of National Society Development and the linkages to the CVTL Strategic Plan; to capture the results of NSD interventions via Red Ready End-Line Assessment, and other NSD related projects/contributions with Movement Partners against the CVTL Strategic Plan; and to shape the NSD vision and set NSD priorities and focus, to feed into NSD Plan 2024 and CVTL’s processes to the next Strategic Plans.
The facilitators were – Florensia MALAU (IFRC – Manager, National Society Development), Annisa MAREZQA (IFRC – Regional Development and Planning Specialist) and Agapito DA SILVA (CVTL Organizational Development Coordinator).
